Products: Items purchased directly from our website (including our skincare collections) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Services: Please note that treatments and services performed in-clinic are non-refundable once completed.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@naturallyenhanced.uk with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Refund Process
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they meet the return criteria.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Cleanse your skin morning and night with a small amount of cleansing foam, rinsing with lukewarm water.
To clean skin, dispense the Liquid Moisturiser into your hands and gently pat onto the face and neck. Allow the product to absorb, and resist the temptation to massage. This product acts as a hydrating toner.
Take your Glow Essence and gently massage onto the face and neck using your hands in an upwards motion.
Gently massage a small amount of Glow Serum onto your face and neck.
As part of your morning routine, apply Sun Shield SPF30+ to your face and neck before applying your makeup.
You can use your Glow Sheet Mask for a mini at-home treatment. Apply the mask to clean skin, for maximum effect leave for 30-40 minutes before removing, use after liquid moisurizer, then continue with essence
